Power tubes tired? Bias drifting? Skip the hassle. The Diamond Tube Service Program gives you factory-level tube replacement and bias service—done by the people who build the amps.

How It Works

1. Join the program — add the service to your cart and check out.

2. We schedule you — you’ll get an email within 48 hours to arrange your service time.

3. Ship your amp — follow the instructions we send.

4. We service fast — we perform the tube replacement and bias, then ship it back within 48 hours of receipt.

Bonus: Power tubes replaced under the Tube Service Program include a 6-month warranty (longer than the standard 60-day tube warranty).

Diamond Tube Extended Warranty Package

Want more protection on your tubes? Add the Extended Tube Warranty to your membership. It extends your tube warranty from 6 months to 12 months, and also covers preamp tubes—regardless of age. If a preamp tube fails within your membership year, we’ll send you a factory-spec replacement preamp tube at no cost.

Costs

• USA Custom 100W Service Program membership: $285 (shipping not included)

• USA Custom Extended Tube Warranty: $50

• Class A Service Program membership: $185 (shipping not included)

• Class A Extended Tube Warranty: $50

Conditions

• Pricing is per amp. Multiple Diamond amps require separate memberships.

• Warranty programs cover tubes with factory-spec replacements only.

• Not an upgrade program and does not grant access to tubes we don’t use.

• Not covered: tubes purchased or installed by anyone other than Diamond; tubes replaced by you; damage from user modifications (mods can void tube warranty).

• Shipping is the customer’s responsibility and not included in the Service Program price.

• Offer valid for U.S. residents only. Canada/international customers are not eligible at this time.

• Not valid for Vanguard Series products at this time.
